When We Are Closedclosed

If you have a problem outside of surgery hours and need to see a doctor please telephone the Out-of-Hours facility on 111. They will take your details and a doctor will call you and discuss the problem before deciding if a visit is required.

Please remember your local pharmacist can assist with many common medical conditions, such as colds, coughs and common rashes.

The Out-of-Hours cover is now the responsibility of West Kent PCT.

NHS Direct

In the case of urgent need when the practice is closed you can also call NHS Direct (0845 4647) to speak to a triage nurse. Your needs will be assessed and advice offered or arrangements made for you to see a doctor.

Please do not ask to see a doctor out of hours unless you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.

Call 999 in an emergency. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
