WHEN SHOULD I WORRY

www.whenshouldIworry.com

"When should I worry" is a booklet developed by Professor Nick Francis. It provides information for parents about the management of respiratory tract infections (coughs, colds, sore throats and earaches) in children and has been designed to be used in primary care consultations. This booklet is readily found on the internet.

If you are still worried about your child after reading this leaflet. then you should get advice. This could be telephone advice from NHS 11 and Out of Hours services or a review with a doctor or nurse at your surgery.

If you need urgent advice, then dial 111 (England), or if you feel that it is an emergency, you should dial 999 for an ambulance.
